[Maui, Hawaii] A blue acai bowl appears!

Located in Azeka Shopping Center in central Kihei, Wow Wow Hawaiian Lemonades has a signature menu item, fresh lemonade, as the name suggests. I had the smallest 16oz (USD 5.5 + tax) to start the day off right, and it uses organic sugarcane, so it had a gentle sweetness and a strong lemony acidity. There was one other item on the menu that really caught my eye. It was a blue acai bowl that I had never seen before. I thought it was perfect for Hawaii, so I went back and tried it! The item was called the Blue Hawaii Bowl (USD 13 + tax).
