An award winning cafe in Hatyai

A local friend brought us out to this lovely cafe on the west side of Hatyai called SeekNature, and this cafe has both indoor and outdoor seating and is operated by two sisters who were Cordon Blue trained. Here, they focuses on pastries and cakes as well as their signature drinks. We tried their salad, sandwiches, a few signature cakes and drinks, and they were fantastic, especially the cakes. The carrot cakes are the first to stand out and their banana banofee too. I loved their cheese sandwich as well as their Japanese shiopan, which is now rather popular in cafes here.
