Jeng Nguan Restaurant in Hat Yai

Jeng Nguan Restaurant, recommended by a friend, is located right in the heart of Hat Yai. The menu features a mix of Chinese, Thai, and fine dining dishes. The interior is breezy and comfortable, with a cozy, homey vibe that we really liked. Despite its simple decor, the food is incredibly appetizing. The standout dish is the fried tofu from Khlong Ngae, which is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft, custard-like on the inside. It’s served with a dipping sauce sprinkled with chopped green onions—absolutely delicious! Other dishes are also great. During our Hat Yai trip, we visited this restaurant twice. The prices might be slightly high, but the quality is definitely worth it.
