Plus, the drink is topped with a mini bear cake and a donut — so Instagrammable! ✔️ Saint Sophia Cathedral Mousse Cake This one is a masterpiece — a 1:1 replica of the cathedral, crafted with incredible detail. The chocolate flavor is rich, with crispy chocolate pearls inside. It needs to rest for about 20 minutes before eating (otherwise the core is still cold). The whole process is quite complex — each layer must be frozen before the next one is added.
