This hotel I visited is located in Harbin's old district, Nangang. The area around the current Harbin Railway Station is home to many historic buildings that served as consulates for various countries a century ago, featuring just as many distinctive architectures as Central Street. The hotel's lobby on the first floor has a high ceiling, with shelves displaying books and small decorative items. Paired with metallic light fixtures, it exudes an artistic yet unpretentious vibe, creating a refreshing atmosphere. Upon arrival, a friendly uncle promptly greeted us with a smile and efficiently helped with our luggage. The staff on the second-floor lobby were equally warm and responsive, making us feel instantly welcome. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a well-thought-out layout. The Mousse mattress ensures a comfortable sleep, and the bathroom features a dry-wet separation design. Upon entering the room, we found welcome fruits and desserts on the table, accompanied by a heartfelt handwritten card. Though not extravagant, these thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for. Breakfast is served semi-buffet style, featuring perfectly cooked steak, boiled eggs, stir-fried vegetables, and other Chinese dishes. The porridge is thick and pairs well with side dishes.
