We recommend that you prepare cold medicine, intestinal regulators, and anti-diarrheal medicine in your carry-on luggage. 🔹Money At Narita Airport, there are few places where you can exchange money for Vietnamese dong. The exchange rate is not very good, but we recommend exchanging money at the airport when you arrive.
