Qianjiang New Town 🏙️

We arrived in Qianjiang New Town just as the city came into focus under the rising sun, its skyline glowing across the Qiantang River 🌇🌊🏙️. Towering skyscrapers—shimmering glass and steel rose beside open plazas and landscaped green spaces. The atmosphere felt fresh and intentional, with wide boulevards lined by cherry and ginkgo trees, public art installations by the water, and the hutong‑style bridges connecting cultural venues. Everything felt arranged not crowded, but flowing. We walked toward the riverbank, listening to the distant hum of traffic, the murmur of fellow walkers, and the soft lap of water against the promenade. As we moved deeper into the district, the modern lines met artistry: an art museum housed in sleek curves, an opera house that floated above a reflecting pond, restaurants and cafés gathered beneath cantilevered roofs. Lights came on one by one as the day brightened lantern‑like street lamps, LED walls shifting in color, and the distant silhouette of the Zhejiang Television Tower standing proud against the sky 🎭🚶♀️🎨. Qianjiang New Town didn’t shout its progress.
