Off the Beaten Path for May Day! First Time BBQing with the Kids Under a Waterfall

Found a campsite in Hangzhou where you can see a waterfall 🌿 No need to carry a tent! No need to prepare ingredients! Plus, the campsite isn't too crowded, even during the May Day holiday when everywhere else is packed. The environment and air quality are also pretty good! 🔥Reasons to recommend: ❶ A little-known waterfall just 1 hr from Hangzhou There really aren't many waterfall campsites around Hangzhou! This is also my first time experiencing one. Taking photos in front of the waterfall is very photogenic. ❷ The ultimate in lazy relaxation BBQ/CS/fishing/camping are all available You can BBQ and take the kids out to play. The kids can have fun playing in the sand and kicking a ball on the lawn. There is also a small flower patch next to it where you can catch butterflies (bring your own net) Enough to make up for a day's worth of lost eyesight. ❸ Lots of hidden surprises for families The water level in the fishing pond is relatively low ✔️ Even small babies can safely play in the water There is supposedly a bonfire party + outdoor movie at night, with star lights hanging all over the tent area. Singing under the stars is so romantic 💫 (Unfortunately, we went in the morning for convenience: 10:00–15:00) ❹ The indoor white house provides convenience for families with kids The Instagram-worthy café has showers (with warm water and a hair dryer) So don't be afraid of getting wet The toilets are also very clean and are cleaned by an attendant. (Important things are said three times) 🎫 Tickets: Fee Must-read for parents: • Bring two extra sets of clothes to change into! Playing in the water and catching fish can instantly turn you into a mud monkey. • Mosquito repellent is a must! • Choose a lakeside awning spot ‼️ You won't be exposed to the sun in the afternoon and you can see the waterfall Other shortcomings: This is our first time visiting this campsite, but it seems to have been open for a few years. The tables and chairs are a bit old, and some of the equipment (archery) is no longer working. We also didn't see the petting zoo.
