Service: Special thanks to front desk staff Luke and Joy Bella for their warm service and thoughtful attention throughout the stay. Their professionalism and sincerity added great value to the experience. The tall security guard at the entrance was also impressively enthusiastic and dutiful. Creative Surprises: The hotel offers a rich variety of creative cultural products, each irresistible, especially the creative card which shows great attention to detail. Amenities: Rooms are equipped with Marshall speakers and Dyson hair dryers, toiletries from Shanghai Tang, and tea bags from Cha Li, all tastefully arranged. Free Upgrade: We received a complimentary room upgrade, welcome drinks, and welcome fruits, making the stay particularly pleasant. Hotel Indigo Hangzhou Upper City has become my top choice with its outstanding design, excellent service, and comfortable environment.
