On a sunny spring day in Hangzhou, with the sun shimmering on the West Lake, our family visited the Zhejiang Geological Museum, embarking on a journey to explore the mysteries of Earth. 🌿Exploring Geological Wonders Upon entering the museum, we felt as if we had traveled back two billion years. In the Geological History Hall, my son was captivated by the enormous fossils. Trilobites, graptolites, ammonites, and other ancient fossils caught his eye. The Mineral Resources Hall was a true treasure trove. My son excitedly hopped around the various mineral specimens. Diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, and other precious gems shimmered with a captivating glow. He gently touched the minerals in the display cases, as if communicating with Earth's treasures. He was most fascinated by the fluorite area, where the colorful fluorite resembled a dreamlike crystal palace, making him reluctant to leave. In the Geological Environment Hall, we learned about the geological changes in Zhejiang, from the formation of mountains to the evolution of rivers. Each display board was a vivid geology lesson. The Marine Geology Hall showcased a wealth of marine geological knowledge.
