In Hangzhou, October is a great time for hiking and mountain climbing. Hangzhou is surrounded by mountains on three sides, making it perfect for hiking. Among the many hiking routes, the "Shili Langdang" route is perfect for autumn. ➡️Route: Meijiawu - Shili Langdang - Sanfencha - Longjing Village The route is scenic, with tea gardens, osmanthus, maple leaves, ancient villages, bamboo forests, and tea tasting. It's not too tiring and is suitable for beginners. 🚶Start from Meijiawu Bus Station, find the Shili Langdang archway, and follow the mountain path for about 40 minutes to Sanfencha. This section is uphill and can be tiring, but the view at the top is worth it. Descend towards Longjing Village, where you can enjoy tea and farmhouse meals. Tea house prices are similar, ranging from CNY 20 to over CNY 100 per person, depending on the tea grade. Be cautious of touts on the roadside. You can also go in the opposite direction and descend at Meijiawu, a famous tea village in Hangzhou. Meijiawu is close to Songcheng, a Southern Song Dynasty theme park.
