Longjing Village, as if entering the world of The Wizard of Oz

Longjing Village is located in the southwest of the West Lake Scenic Area in Hangzhou. Here, there are nearly 800 acres of high mountain tea gardens, producing Longjing tea, which ranks first among 'Lion, Dragon, Cloud, Tiger'. According to legend, when Emperor Qianlong visited the south of the Yangtze River, he tasted West Lake Longjing tea at the Huguo Temple under the Lion Peak in Longjing Village. He praised it highly after drinking it and designated the eighteen tea trees in front of the temple as 'imperial tea'. Walking into Longjing Village, you can see patches of verdant tea gardens, with the fresh fragrance of tea wafting through the tea trees. Strolling along the cobblestone paths, you can see quaint old houses, where many villagers still maintain traditional lifestyles, drying tea leaves and chatting about daily life. In the village, you can also visit the Longjing Tea Museum to learn about the history and culture of Longjing tea. It is worth mentioning that there are tickets sold online for 168 yuan, but personally, I don't think it's necessary. Just hiking and enjoying the scenery is already worth the trip.
