A Hakone retreat where you can escape from the everyday and reset your mind and body

Retreat originally meant a place of refuge, but recently it has come to mean "taking time away from everyday life to reset your mind and body and restart your daily life anew." Just as the word suggests, today was a day off to reset my mind and body. Waking up in a fluffy bed in a cozy room, bathing in a hot spring while looking at the beautiful mountains, eating a delicious locally produced breakfast, and taking a break at a cafe. Even though I was full, the cafe had some carefully selected bread, which made me happy. Surrounded by my favorite things and my favorite space, I breathed in lots of fresh air, and it was a day of feeling nature without thinking about anything.
