A Japanese kaiseki restaurant located on the second floor of an office building, a 3-minute walk from Hakata Station. It's inconspicuous and you wouldn't know it unless a friend who lives in Hakata took me there. There are small counter seats and two table seats. It's a place where only those in the know know about it, as there are many repeat customers. Small dishes with fresh fish as the main dish are served one after another, and they are all so delicious that it's amazing. Hakata has a lot of delicious things, but personally, the fish is really fresh and delicious. Here, they serve various fish in small portions in various dishes that are carefully cooked, so I recommend it to women, people with small appetites, and people who drink a lot of alcohol❣️ Everything was delicious, from the vegetables and shellfish to the soup stock in the bowl and the clay pot rice at the end... Personally, this was the first time I tried an ingredient called "peanut sprouts," and it was also delicious💕 I would definitely like to visit again when I go to Hakata.
