At the ticket counter you have a couple of choices in tickets. We bought the regular park entrance ticket plus bus ticket. This allows you to take a bus that drives through the tiger enclosures. If you are lucky the tigers will come close to the bus, but if you guaranteed want a close encouter you should consider buying one of the more expensive tickets that allow you to feed the tigers from inside the bus.
