Upon check-in, I was given a room that didn't require changing and was offered afternoon tea. The room was quiet and clean. They provided a large coconut and fruits. At bedtime, they served sweet soup. The toiletries have been upgraded to Bvlgari, enriching the mini bar. The breakfast bread has more variety than before, including freshly made Saozi noodles. The swimming pool has a comfortable room temperature and professional water temperature, with luxurious arrangements for coaches and lifeguards. The butler service also reached the ultimate, from thoughtful and warm reminders before check-in to helping purchase children's headphones, raincoats, shuttle station, and duty-free shop discount coupons, etc., all prepared in advance. Because I was with a child and couldn't catch the shuttle bus, the butler even offered to drive us to the stadium after work.
