Ramen "Makotoya"

This was the first ramen I had that wasn't tonkotsu, soy sauce, or miso. This is Makotoya, a ramen shop in Haebaru. They have three types of ramen: beef, chicken, and back fat soy sauce. This time I tried the recommended beef jan. It was rich, but refreshing, easy to eat, and delicious. I also had half a bowl of fried rice and gyoza with the ramen, and they were all delicious, so I recommend them. Next time, I'd like to try their specialty, the back fat soy sauce.
