Sweet memories from Yangji Tea House, a hidden gem on Gyeongju Hwangridan-gil

#SeollalTravel Yangjidabang is a place that really exudes a retro vibe. As soon as I entered, I felt like I was in an old teahouse. I noticed how everything from the interior to the props were decorated with great care. On this day, I ordered strawberry soufflé and ssanghwatang. The strawberry soufflé was really fluffy and sweet. The whipped cream and strawberries blended together and melted in my mouth. Ssanghwatang was nice because it was served warm. I added an egg to it and it was a special treat. The sweet yet slightly bitter taste of the ssanghwatang and the richness of the egg went well together. There were many props like old LPs and telephones inside the cafe, so it was fun to look around. I think older people would especially enjoy it. While drinking a drink and looking at the scenery of Hwangridan-gil outside the window, I couldn't help but sit there for a while. If you come to Gyeongju, be sure to stop by~ The atmosphere is great, the drinks are delicious, and it's a place where you can make memories. I remember it as a place I want to visit again next time I come to Gyeongju.
