It's a crème brulee donut. As the name crème brulee suggests, there's a sugar coating on the donut and it's filled with sweet custard cream inside. It's really deliciousㅠㅠ I highly recommend it! As soon as you cut the raspberry sugar ball with scissors, raspberry jam-like things start flowing out. The sweet and sour jam was so delicious. Even though it's a donut, they say that raspberries are good for your health.^ The butter pistachio donut was also topped with pistachio powder. I'm a pistachio fanatic, so I enjoyed this donut too. They were all delicious, but if I had to rank them in order, Creme brulee, butter pistachio, and raspberry sugar ball were my favorites. I plan to keep visiting Old Ferry Donuts.
