Lotus Mountain (Lianhua Shan)

Lotus Mountain, also known as Lianhua Shan, is home to the largest statue of the Bodhisattva Guanyin in Guangzhou. This trip is truly worthwhile. It is a historical and cultural tourist destination located on a mountain, renowned for its unique landscape of jagged rock formations shaped by past mining activities. The site also features ancient religious structures, such as the Lianhua Pagoda (Lotus Pagoda) built during the Ming Dynasty, and the massive statue of Guanyin atop the mountain. 🏖️ Environment/Facilities: The atmosphere is excellent, with a cool and refreshing breeze. How to get there: From downtown Guangzhou, take Metro Line 3 (Orange Line) to Panyu Square Station, then transfer to Bus No. 93 and get off at Lianhuashan stop.
