Guangxiao Temple

Guangxiao Temple is one of the oldest and most historically significant temples in Guangzhou, and you can feel its ancient energy the moment you enter. As a traveler who loves spiritual sites, this temple was a peaceful retreat from the city noise. Its history stretches back over 1,700 years, and many famous monks, including Bodhidharma, are linked to this place. What fascinated me most were the ancient trees in the courtyard — some are said to be hundreds of years old. The halls themselves are simple but carry a sense of wisdom and calmness.
