When life gets too busy, I always hope to find a place to escape. This time, I finally found a place to rest my soul at Shimen National Forest Park in Guangzhou. I was amazed by the scenery as soon as I entered the park. The caramel-colored bald cypress trees are layered like nature's palette; the red maple leaves sway gently in the breeze; the sea of flowers blooms in a riot of colors, as if it were the entrance to a dream world. 🚗Transportation: It takes about an hour and a half to drive from downtown Guangzhou or Dongguan.
