Guangzhou Museum, Zhongyuan Building

Zhenhai Tower is only part of the Guangzhou Museum. Continue walking and you will see another part of the Guangzhou Museum called Zhongyuan Building. Zhongyuan Building was built in memory of Deng Zhongyuan, a general of the 1911 Revolution. It was laid in 1929 and completed the following year. It is a traditional Chinese building with green glazed tiles, cement structure, island arch and flying eaves, granite wall skirt, carved door frame, cement washed stone rice platform and platform. It is now a cultural relic protection unit in Guangdong Province, also known as Zhongyuan Library. It mainly displays some export artworks from Guangzhou from the 18th to the early 20th century, including Guangzhou silk, Guangzhou embroidery, Guangzhou grass painting, Guangzhou ivory carving, Guangzhou colored porcelain, etc.
