Enjoy crab on your tongue, the golden autumn crab hunting season is at Shangri-La Hotel.

The autumn breeze brings coolness and the crabs are fat and ripe. As the temperature gradually drops, crabs begin to enter their best tasting period. September to November every year is the best time of the year to enjoy crabs, when the crab meat is plump and the crab roe or crab paste is abundant. 2024 is the 8th year of the Shangri-La Hotel's Crab Hunting Season. The scene is decorated very beautifully, with crab elements everywhere. I was fortunate to participate in two crab banquets. Each time, eight famous chefs were invited to jointly create the Golden Autumn Crab Banquet, which brought together four famous crabs: hairy crabs, crab roe, river crabs and snow crabs. Some of the special dishes include steamed crab roe with eight-treasure glutinous rice, crab crackers in sour soup with sturgeon caviar, snow crab with vinegar and cold soup, and rice field crab roe eight-treasure box. These dishes of Shangri-La Hotel perfectly combine the deliciousness of crabs with the flavors of various ingredients. Until November 30, all major Shangri-La hotels can taste them~
