6500 year old beautiful volcanic crater

#familytrips2024 Kerid crater lake is a 6500 year old volcanic crater lake on the Golden Circle route in South Iceland that many tourists will visit. It is beautiful during the summer and you can walk around rim to take pictures and go near the lake. Parking is free but the entrance fee is pretty high at 600ISK per person. Do note that there are no toilet facilities here.
