【Greenland】Dockside scenery, parting thanks

I/ Take me to anywhere. •• In Greenland, I did something I always wanted to do: I raised my thumb, hailed a car, and told the driver, "take me to anywhere." Although it says "anywhere", Kangerlussuaq is really small, and even if I meet a driver who will stop for me, there is no "anywhere" to go. Finally, an uncle who could speak a little English stopped for me. He said he wanted to take me to see the glacier, but he was in a hurry to get home to cook, so he could only take me to the pier for a walk. The scenery at the pier is also nice. After June and July when it is crowded with tourists, it is calm and peaceful with only a group of retired grandparents. The round trip was only half an hour’s drive, and we didn’t talk much, which was a bit awkward, so we didn’t take a photo together when we parted. However, I did sincerely say thank you many times and said I’d see you again if the chance permits. As for hitchhiking, that’s it. Once you’ve placed your trust in someone, you can only go with the flow. Perhaps, my life is the same. It is a blessing to meet the right person. If there is no destiny, I can only get off and pray silently that I will meet a better person next time.
