🐨【Melbourne Day Trip Recommendation】Malu Koala Park: Make friends with kangaroos and koalas!

If you’re traveling to Melbourne and looking for a place to get up close and personal with Australian animals and don’t want to be too far away, then you must visit Maru Koala and Animal Park! It’s a great place for families, couples, and friends, with not only koalas, kangaroos, wombats, but lots of Australian animals you might not have seen before! 🚗 How to get there? The park is in Grantville, about a 1.5 hour drive from Melbourne city centre, and it’s very convenient to stop by on the way to Phillip Island (Penguin Island)! 🦘 What's the fun? Once you enter the park, you will see kangaroos jumping in front of you, and you can buy feed to feed them, they are really not afraid of people, and will take the initiative to come up to you to get food! Koalas are a bit quieter, but you can take a keeper tour to watch them eat leaves, sleep, and take photos up close. In addition to kangaroos and koalas, there are: • White kangaroos (super rare!) • Quail (Australian Ostrich) • Tasmanian Devil • Dingo • Alligators, kookaburras, peacocks, little kangaroos and more! ⛳ What else besides animals?
