Royal ballon- Goreme

We signed up for royal ballon at cappadocia in May. The prices are the same if you book it earlier or later, but you might want to secure a place, as it does run out. We booked through Viator and it’s around (£200). We have hotel transfer and everything was smooth! We were super lucky to only have 7 people in total on our ship! Our tour offer breakfast before flight and took off around 0530 and finished around 0700, with 1 hour flight time. We saw the best sunset in our life and the pilots are very knowledgeable and skilled. The balloons are quiet spaces out in the air so the photos can only show small balloons, so it’s less impressive than imagine. I think it’s a great life experience but I think watching it from the ground is also impressive enough, if you are on a budgeted holiday.
