Climbing Mt. Cheonghwa

#Hiking Cheonghwasan is the representative mountain of Goesan, with a height of 984m. It forms the border between three cities and counties of Gyeongsangbuk-do and Chungcheongbuk-do, and rises in the center of Goesan-gun. It looks green even in winter due to the many bamboo groves and pine trees. The scenery is so excellent that Lee Jung-hwan, a Silhak scholar of the Joseon Dynasty, said in his book “Taekriji” that “Cheonghwasan is surrounded by Seonyu-dong in the back and Yongyu-dong in the front.
