A delicious summer souvenir from Gifu.

On the way back from Monet's Pond, we went to a famous local Japanese sweets shop. Most of the sweets are made in the back of the shop, so they are very fresh. We bought the shop's specialty, cream daifuku. They are frozen, so we let them thaw a little in the refrigerator before eating.
