#Malaysia attractions Yap Temple First of all, Yap Temple is a small temple located on the corner of Amerian Road, right at the intersection. It looks like a shrine. It is the temple of the Chinese Yap family who settled in Penang in the 19th century. On the side is the Yap family association building, built in 1924.
