Penang, a city of art and culture

Penang is an island in Malaysia, which is close to our home and is very cheap to travel to. There are quite a lot of street art here, it is popular and there are cafes (but we didn't take any pictures of the cafes). Coming to Penang is like going to 3 countries because there are Muslims, Indians and Chinese people. And of course, there is a wide variety of food. 📌 Travel - Take a van from Hat Yai Bus Terminal to Padang Besar for 50 baht. - Go to Thai immigration. After checking everything, walk for about 15-20 minutes to Malaysian immigration (if you don't want to walk, there are motorcycles to pick you up). - Go through Malaysian immigration and walk to the train station. Buy a ticket to Butterworth, which costs about 90 baht. - When you arrive at Butterworth, take a ferry to Penang Island, which costs about 7-8 baht. #SecretLocation #Penang #Malaysia
