We kicked off our meal with their Truffle Shoestring Fries, and wow — these were addictive! Crispy, aromatic, and generously coated with truffle oil and parmesan, it was easily my favorite bite of the day. You just can’t stop at one! Next up, the Smoked Duck Carbonara – rich, creamy, and loaded with that smoky duck goodness. Every bite was indulgent but balanced, with just the right touch of saltiness from the duck. Comfort food at its best! And for something more wholesome, we had the Roasted Chicken Thigh — juicy, well-seasoned, and served with a side of veggies and mash. It’s the kind of dish that warms your soul without being too heavy. If you’re a fan of western classics with a slightly elevated twist, Wooden Wagon is definitely worth a visit.
