Hip Spirit of Penang

The Mugshot Cafe is one of the most modern and hip cafes you can find in Penang Georgetown. Their establishment is decorated with a modern chic and nature theme. Most of the furniture is either wood or stone. There’re a ton of art painted on the walls in the style of mugshots as well. They’re most famous for their pastries over here. I don’t think the taste they were going for was to my liking so I won’t comment much. But the drinks were not great. We got the Iced Latte and Iced Chocolate and they tasted incredibly bland and watered down. Their pastries were a bit flat and stale too. Would visit the place just to check it out but probably wouldn’t recommend buying anything from the place. #cafe #penang #tripblazers
