Bryce Canyon Scenery

Bryce Canyon National Park is located in southwestern Utah, USA. Despite its name, it is not actually a canyon, but a giant natural amphitheater formed by erosion along the east side of the Paunsaugunt Plateau. Its unique geological structure is called hoodoos, which are composed of sedimentary rocks eroded by wind, river water, ice, and lakebeds. The red, orange, and white rocks within it form a unique natural landscape, hence it is known as the temple of natural stone figures.
