According to their website, it is possible to participate in these activities from the age of 4. There are no less than 10 courses you can participate in with different level of difficulties. Check in into the place was easy and quick with their machine at the entrance. Safety briefting done in dutch but I think the would be willing to translate in english for none dutch speakers. The demonstration was done properly too so it was easy to follow along even though i cant understand the language. It’s definitely an activity i would recommend to do in this beautiful summer weather.
