Panzhou International Hotel The project is located in the CBD central business district in the east of Gaozhou, Maoming, Guangdong, and is planned to be a 150-meter-high super-high-rise urban landmark. The site is adjacent to the largest shopping mall in the area, and this case is the final development stage of the site. Therefore, at the beginning of the design, the remaining volumes had already been built and put into use. Hansen Bosheng was commissioned by the owner to redesign the facade, traffic flow logic and interior space of the tower, which had been completed by 2/3 within 10 months.
