Mulleung Valley

#summervacay Stumbled into Mulleung Valley in Samhwa-dong not really expecting much, just needed some air and a walk. Ended up staying for hours. This place is like a lowkey nature escape right in the middle of normal life. You get forest trails, a stream running through, and that peaceful water sound following you around like a soundtrack. The hike itself isn’t intense, it’s more like a casual wander with bonus pretty views. Shady trees, wooden bridges, little waterfalls, and a whole bunch of “wow this would be a great picnic spot” moments. I even saw some locals chilling with their shoes off in the stream. Legends. It’s the kind of place you go when you want to reset without climbing a whole mountain. Super relaxed, super pretty, and not crowded (huge plus). Perfect for solo walks, slow dates, or just escaping whatever’s stressing you out. Mulleung Valley = underrated. Bring snacks, take your time, and let the vibes do the work.
