Seoraksan’s Southern Right, Less Crowds, All the Wow

#summervacay Took on the southern right side of Seoraksan and honestly? Total hidden gem. Everyone flocks to the main peaks, but this side? Way quieter, way more peaceful, and still so stunning. You’re basically walking through a giant nature painting, thick forests, rocky paths, and the occasional "wait, is that a waterfall?" moment. The trail has a nice mix of chill and challenging. Some uphill parts will get your legs working, but it never feels like a grind. You get these cool rock formations and mountain ridges that just pop out of nowhere. Super fun if you’re into exploring without the tourist swarm. Views are crazy good, like layered mountain ranges stretching forever, with way fewer people in your way. Major win. Bring solid shoes, good snacks, and lots of water, especially if it’s sunny. If you want the beauty of Seoraksan without the chaos, the southern right trail is where it’s at. Peaceful, scenic, and totally worth every step.
