A record of a hairpin photoshoot in Fuzhou on a rainy day.

I was stranded in Fuzhou due to the typhoon. The original itinerary did not include a hairpin photoshoot. I was worried that the photoshoot would be rushed and poorly done, which would delay my tight schedule, so I thought it would be better not to take photos. Now I have an extra day, and there is nowhere else to go, so my friend said I had to take a hairpin photoshoot. The following is self-funded and not an advertisement. ✅ I quickly searched for hairpin photoshoots near the hotel and called them in order to see if I could get a photoshoot on the same day. ✅ I made a phone appointment at 9:18, and five minutes later, the front desk gave me the time and precautions, and said I could come early to choose clothes if I had time. ✅ I arrived at the store at 11:00, half an hour early. Because it was raining, there were few customers, and a staff member immediately accompanied me to choose clothes. There were about four racks of clothes for hairpin photoshoots and three knives. I didn't do any research, so I simply asked the staff to help me choose. ✨ I originally preferred cyan and plain colors, but the staff recommended light colors (which was a very good choice for a cloudy day‼️), and brought me a cheongsam to try on (the size didn't fit), so I chose this light pink and purple color. ✅ 11:50 to 13:00 makeup and hair, random makeup artist. The whole process was skilled and detailed, not too heavy, and acceptable to the naked eye. Communication and adjustments were quick, and the makeup artist kept chatting with me, comforting me that I could have fun here if I couldn't leave because of the typhoon. It was always like this during typhoons. After the makeup and hair were done, I sent the look to two friends, and they both said it looked good. 👍 ✅ 13:50 to 15:00 outdoor one-on-one photoshoot, random photographer. The rain was heavy at times and light at times, and the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys were temporarily closed, but the photographer still helped me change five different scenes, and used a prop umbrella to block the rain when it was heavy. I was very surprised to capture many moments of falling rain, which looked like snow. ✨ I took 60+ photos, and went through them on the spot. There were no bad photos, and I was satisfied with all of them. The photographer said I could take more photos for fun before going back to change clothes. ✨ During the process, I said I wanted to record a video, and sometimes the photographer would help me adjust the position of the tripod. ✅ I received all the original photos the next day, and the retouching will take seven days. I am waiting for feedback. The photos I posted today were edited on my phone.
