Take the bus bound for either "Tomonoura" or "Tomo Port" from platform 5. If you're going to Tomonoura, get off at the last stop. If you're going to Tomoko, get off at either the last stop, Tomonoura, or the stop before that. The Tomonoura and Tomoko bus stops are about a 5-minute walk away, so it doesn't matter which one you get off at.
