Mr. Isejiro Abe, one of the farmers who switched from sericulture to flower cultivation in the early Showa period, continued to reclaim mountains, plant flowers and trees, and sell flowers to make a living. At some point, many people have come to visit the mountain, which has become beautiful with flowers in full bloom. Therefore, "Hanamiyama Park" was opened in 1959 to let more people enjoy flowers.
