Close to the station! Convenient access! But it's a bit noisy...

I was actually planning to go to Yamagata, but the Shinkansen was delayed on the way and I couldn't transfer properly, so I had to stay there at the last minute!! It was clean and easy to use, but the room was a little noisy, and I could hear the sound of the person next door going to the toilet or the vibrating sound of their smartphone, so it was a little annoying that I couldn't sleep because of the noise. It would be helpful if they could improve this a little! Also, I thought it would be nice if there was at least one more towel to dry your hands, rather than just a bath towel and two small towels! Also, the bath and open-air bath were quite lukewarm, so as someone who likes hot water, I thought it would be nice if they provided at least one hot one!
