It's an old wooden shop that doesn't seem to fit in with the surrounding buildings and is built with great effort. Pass through the noren curtain, swing open the wooden sliding door, and announce the number of people. Despite that, I was overwhelmed by the sense of history that emanated from the store and almost felt a little intimidated. The unique heat of Hakata udon was perfect for everything, from the noodle style to the rustic combination of ingredients to the seasoned broth. Everyone says it's not delicious, but if you focus on the softness of the noodles and the compelling appeal of the rich, salty soup, this is truly a taste of travel and an ordinary yet unique soup. #japantrip
