Hakata Nomaro Najimabashi Branch is a ramen shop that also has a store in Futako Tamagawa, Tokyo. Founded in 1993, this tonkotsu ramen shop has been operating in Najima, Fukuoka for many years. The simple tonkotsu ramen is 680 yen. The ramen is decorated with round pork slices, green onions, wood ear mushrooms, and nori seaweed. For the miso ramen menu, you can choose between thin noodles and egg noodles. Many people at Nomaro like fried rice as well as ramen, so I ordered the fried rice set (920 yen). Pickled ginger and mustard greens can be topped as you like. You can finish the sesame seeds to your liking using a mortar and pestle. The shop has counter seats where you can enjoy a view of the kitchen, as well as table seats by the window and at the back.
