When you think of Hakata, you think of motsunabe! Ichifuji's motsunabe is the best!

I ate my first ever motsunabe. It was at Ichifuji in Hakata, Fukuoka! I went alone, so it was hard to find a place where I could eat motsunabe by myself, and I finally found Ichifuji! It was crowded, so reservations are a must! Looking at the course menu that lets you enjoy Fukuoka, there are three courses: - Basic course 2500 yen - Taka course 3000 yen - Fuji course 3500 yen It was a tough choice, but I chose the middle one, Taka course! lol - Two kinds of appetizers (two dishes including vinegared motsunabe) - Stew - Premium marbled horse sashimi ← this one! - Motsunabe - Champon - Dessert A very satisfying course😌 The vinegared motsunabe is crunchy and you can enjoy the texture. The stew is delicious with a sweet and spicy sauce. The premium marbled horse sashimi was sweet and delicious. The chives in the motsunabe were crispy, and the offal was tender and sweet, and I enjoyed it while thinking how delicious it was. The final dish was champon, which was also amazing. It was a very satisfying and enjoyable motsunabe course. I'd like to go again!
