There are so many delicious foods in Ningde, Fujian. On the first day, I tried taro buns in Huotong Ancient Town, which cost CNY 5 for 4 buns. On the second day, I went to Fuding and tried Fuding pork slices, fish slices, beef balls, and meat swallows. The local flavors are indeed better. I had dinner at Yirong Food Stall in Fuding. The food was delicious, and more importantly, I saw many kinds of seafood that I had never seen before, such as goose barnacles. I also ordered intangible cultural heritage taro rice, pig's trotters, braised dragon head fish, and razor clams with scallion oil. The razor clams were the freshest and most tender I've had recently! The dragon head fish was as tender as tofu and melted in my mouth. After the meal, I also had almond tofu with frozen wood lotus and longan red date ginger soup with glutinous rice balls at Lao Xiang. Girls have an extra stomach for desserts. In the next two days, I had seafood rice noodles and rice cakes when I was playing on Yushan Island and Beizhuo Island. They were delicious. The seafood food stall I came across in Xiapu was also great and reasonably priced. I had salt and pepper dragon head fish, special Minnan paste, oyster omelet, braised miscellaneous fish, and huge clams! I spent 4 days in Ningde, eating seafood, snacks, and desserts every day. I was so happy. I will definitely come back for the food next time.
