Fengjian Water Town | The top choice for a day trip around Guangzhou, akin to Zhouzhuang in Guangdong

When we have some free time, we always love to stroll around Shunde. As a well-known 'land of fish and rice', not only is it famous for its 'kitchen of Phoenix City', but amidst the crisscrossing waterways, there are also many serene and elegant water towns hidden away, with Fengjian being one of them. The Hao'er Big Houses and small bridges over flowing water are indeed the visage of Guangdong's millennium-old water towns. Although they cannot be compared with the water towns of the south of the Yangtze River, the elegance between the villages and the ordinary life's atmosphere have their own charm.
