All the staff were very friendly and helpful and really made every visitor feel warm. There were many thoughtful details during our stay: a rich in-room breakfast every morning, spacious rooms, marble bathrooms with jetted spa tubs. The location is great, only a 5-10 minute walk to Florence Cathedral and there are many fantastic restaurants and cafes around.
