The National No. 1 Scenic Avenue is a beautiful highway that spans natural and cultural landscapes, with a total length of about 180 kilometers, connecting the transition zone between the Inner Mongolia Plateau and the North China Plain. The avenue is full of beautiful scenery, integrating forests, grasslands, lakes, wetlands, mountains and other natural landscapes, and is known as one of the most beautiful self-driving routes in China. The starting point Saihanba National Forest Park is one of the largest forest parks in northern China, known as the "source of water, hometown of clouds, world of flowers, ocean of forests, paradise of rare birds and animals". The Yudaokou Grassland Forest Scenic Area is intertwined with the original grassland and wetland, and natural freshwater lakes are dotted in it. The Wudaogou Scenic Area did not go due to time constraints.
